I loved staying here because it put me within a quick 20-minute walk of both king tomislav square and the museum of contemporary art, perfect for leisurely strolls through the city. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time.

Would recommend to anyone. Functional small family run hotel with superbly friendly staff members at the reception desk. Varied and nice breakfast with very good coffe, excellent location. Early check-in, parking close to the venue. Not to mention free wifi!

What a cozy little place, if only I could actually use the TV and the breakfast didn't taste like it was prepared 20 years ago. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for putting up with that cold omelette. I almost gave them a good review, but that would just be unfair to the rest of us.

I stayed for one night with my family, aiming to explore the nearby attractions like King Tomislav Square and the Cathedral of Zagreb. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The variety at breakfast was great, more than enough to start the day right. Although there was a slight odor in the room initially, it faded away. I would happily return for another visit.

Hotel Fala offers a cozy atmosphere where the staff shine. They greeted us with fresh watermelon on arrival and provided helpful tips for getting around Zagreb. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and air-conditioned.

Unfortunately, our TV was non-functional upon check-in, and breakfast options were fairly basic. Payment was cash-only, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The 24-hour reception was a highlight, with staff who were not only friendly but also went out of their way to assist, even providing a fridge for personal items overnight. Breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made omelettes, which my family greatly appreciated. The room layout could use some improvement, and the restroom amenities felt basic. The parking situation was a bit cramped, though it was free.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes from the bus stop for easy transport into the city center.
